| 摘 要： | 目前大学生就业是困扰高校教学和学生工作的难题。由于当前缺乏对理学类统计学专业学生就业形势的分析，本文利用网络人才招聘数据进行该专业学生就业形势的定量分析。通过客观数据分析了用人单位及所需人才类型的特点，分析方法选取恰当，所得结果有说服力，为相关教育工作者研究学生就业形势、用人单位需求等提供了一种新的参考思路。
