| 摘 要： | 摘要：在知识经济时代，技术管理能力成为企业获取竞争优势的关键。本文基于适合度景观理论研究了企业技术管理能力的提升路径。研究结果表明，技术管理能力对企业绩效的作用与其要素的成熟度及配置相关；技术生命周期对技术管理能力的提升有重要影响，不同技术生命周期阶段技术管理能力提升的路径不同。本文对不同技术生命周期阶段及全生命周期的技术管理能力提升路径进行了分析，并指出企业应在考虑不同情境的条件下采取适合的能力提升策略。
