| 摘 要： | 近年来，西南地区高师在综合化发展过程中取得了阶段性成果，但发展中还存在诸多不足，主要表现在：高师教育规模和发展速度与经济增长不协调，学科专业覆盖广泛但缺乏综合竞争实力，课程结构单一且内容陈旧等。为推进地方高师持续健康发展，有必要对这些现状进行调查研究以提出有针对性的解决对策。
