| 摘 要： | 信息产业的飞速发展使得培养具有创新精神与国际竞争力的电子通信类人才成为当代中国高校的重要历史使命。杭州电子科技大学针对传统教育体制的不足，构建了“课堂教学为基础，实践环节为支撑，科研训练为依托，竞赛活动为引导”的电子通信类人才创新能力培养模式。本文以此为契机，对这种培养模式进行探索，以期在电子通信类本科生创新能力培养方面发挥更大的作用。
