| 摘 要： | 当前我国高等教育存在办学模式统一与社会需求多样、宽1：7径与厚基础等一些影响我国高等教育健康发展的矛盾。要解决这些问题，必须依据国情、校情确定办学规模与人才培养模式，依据社会对不同人才的具体要求确定各自不同的口径与基础，采取评价回归教学等有针对性的措施。
