| 摘 要： | 上个世纪90年代末以来，我国的高职教育在取得巨大发展的同时，也出现了一些亟待解决的重要问-题，如人才培养的质量保障问题。章认为人才质量标准的选取与确定是讨论人才质量问题的首要前提，并从高职教育人才的培养目标和培养规格两个层面对高职教育的人才质量标准进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Polytechnic education had made great progress since 1990s in China,but in the process of development problem isimperative,such as qulity criterion of student.This papers states that how to choose and establish quality criterion of student is achiefly premise,base on which this paper pay more attention to training object and standard in order to study the quality criterionof polytechnic education. |
