| 摘 要： | 扭曲的供给和过度的需求之间的不对称支撑着高房价的发展态势,并将导致严重的经济社会发展的不和谐后果。国家应本着特色社会主义的基本原则,从经济和社会可持续发展的双重战略高度,综合运用政治和经济等多种手段,抑制住房过度需求和高房价,实现经济社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Unsymmetry between distorted supply and over demand sustains the excessive-priced housing problems.It will result in grave inharmonious consequences in the development of social economy.Based on the fundamental principles of featured socialism,the Chinese government should restrain both the supply and demand of housing,from a dual strategic height of economic and social sustainable development,by means of comprehensive management of politics,policy and economy. |
