摘    要:教学督导是教学质量监控体系的一个重要组成部分,我国高校多数建立起学校、院系二级管理体制下的教学督导模式。院系级教学督导应主要立足于教师的“专业化发展”,关注教学的专业水平、关注教师个体的专业化成长、关注教师教学经验性知识的形成。
