论新数学课程实施中数学教师专业化成长的意义与任务

摘    要:数学教师专业化成长对新数学课程的科学实施、健康成长和数学课程与教学论的完善有重要意义。为适应这些要求,当前数学教师专业化成长的主要任务是转变数学教育观念,更新数学教育专业知识,以增强课程实施和研究的能力。
