| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是世界性的问题,随之产生的一系列老龄人口身体健康问题,心理失落问题等也引起了人们的广泛重视。以体育为视角,阐述了参与社区体育对于老龄人口的积极意义,以及目前社区体育发展中存在的不足,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The aging of population is a world problem had a series of problems,such as the health question,the psychology loses question.Already cause the people widely to take.This article uses methods of literature and analytic,takes the sports as the angle of view,and elaborates the participation community sports regarding the old-age population positive sense,the insufficiency which as well as in the present community sports development exists,and proposed the corresponding countermeasure. |
