| 摘 要： | 分析了网络信息对当代大学生的不良影响，及其给当前德育和德育管理工作带来的新问题、新挑战，提出了网络环境下德育管理的新目标和新内容，探讨了网络环境下大学生德育管理的新模式。文章指出，要充分利用网络的优势，从思想、组织、内容、人员、方法、信息等方面加强德育管理。此外为了提高德育管理的实效性，还要加强校园网络精神文化建设，并注重德育科研的开发和深化。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the negative effects on college students of our time, which is a new problem and new challenge for current moral education and management . It proposes the new objective and content of the contemporary management of moral education in the net-times, discusses the reform of moral education in network environment . It points out that in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education colleges or universities should make full use of advantages of net to enhance the management in thought,organization, content, personnel method and information. Besides, the construction of web-spirit culture in collages or universities should be strengthened and the development and deepening of scientific research on moral education should also be paid much attention to. |
