矫正不良需求，追求人生的自我实现——浅谈大学生学习动机与成就动机的培养与激发

目前，我国大多数大学生的身心是健康的，需求是正当的，道德主流是好的，是积极健康向上的。但由于受国际、国内等不良因素的影响，大学生在道德品质、政治素质、思想水平、不良需求等方面也存在着不可忽视的问题，这些不良的需求影响着大学生的学习动机、成就动机、政治思想以及品德等方面的素质。教育工作者要根据大学生的现状，祛除不良的需求，培养学生确立正确的学习目标，激发学习动机与成就动机，引导学生学会正确的归因，为学生的成才创造有利条件，从而达到人生的自我实现。
