| Abstract: | The 21st century calls high-quality creative talented people.In order to further understand the present conditions of junior school Chinese teachers qualities in urban and rural areas, to master the demand of qualities education for junior school Chinese teachers, an intensive and informative survey is made of the teachers who graduated from Xinxiang Teachers College. By analysis, some reformative measures are put forth in view of this situation. |
