农民工社会支持与社会融合的现状及政策研究——以深圳市为例

本文以深圳市为例,在对城市外来流动人口政策的压力环境、政策变迁及农民工的制度性社会支持进行分析的基础上,利用2005年西安交通大学人口与发展研究所对深圳市外来农村流动人口的调查数据,对农民工的非制度性社会支持和社会融合现状进行了深入分析。研究发现:农民工的工作和生活的圈子主要还是依赖于乡土关系或亲属关系,政府、社会、社区向流动人口提供的制度性支持非常少,农民工的社会融合程度不高,农民工与当地市民处于相对隔离状态。最后,本文提出了流动人口政策的方向、目标以及促进农民工社会融合的政策建议。

Situation and Policy Study on Rural Migrant Workers' Social Support and Social Integration: A Case of Shenzhen

Taking Shenzhen as an example,this paper analyzes population and policy evolution,and institutional social support to immigrants,then analyzes the situation of non-institutional social support and social integration for rural mi- grant workers by using the data from 2005 rural migrant worker survey in Shenzhen,conducted by Institute for Popula- tion and Development Studies at Xi'an Jiaotong University.It reveals that the majority of rural migrants' social contacts are blood and origin bonds;they seldom receive support from host government,society or communities;they have not integrated into host society and are relatively isolated from urban citizens.This paper also put forward objects of policy reform as well as relevant suggestions and measures for improving social integration of rural migrants.
