| 摘 要： | 目的了解并改善大学生体育活动的现状.方法采用了走访、问卷调查、文献资料等研究方法,对大学生参加体育活动的态度、时间、频度、项目、动机、体育课考核的考项满意度等进行了调查.结果大学生参加体育活动的态度是积极的,喜爱的运动项目主要集中在球类和健美操,对体育课考试内容是满意的.结论加强终身体育意识的培养,调整教材内容,完善考核办法,加强师资力量,是改善大学生体育活动现状的办法.

| Abstract: | Aim To know and improve college students'PE activities.Methods By visiting, investigating,document reference,to grasp the attitude,time,frequency,item,motivation,satisfactory level of their PE activities.Results The results showed that students participating in sports is attitude,love of the sport mainly concentrated in the ball games and healthily holds,to the PE test content is satisfied.Conclusion To put forward the concept of PE activity all persons'lives,to adjust the teaching material,to compete the tasting methods,to enlarge the teacher'resource are possible solution to improve the situation of college students'PE activity. |
