| 摘 要： | 大学生的情绪控制问题事关建设和谐高校和学生健康心理的养成,是成功培养人才的必要条件之一。本文从当代大学生的现实情绪状况入手,结合大学生情绪控制与管理的理论,提出在高校心理教育工作中针对大学生情绪控制的实践方法。

| Abstract: | The issue of emotion adjustment of college students is crucial for the construction of a harmonious college and university and for the students＇ mental health, thus being one of the necessary conditions for successful training of personnel. This paper begins with the current emotional situation of contemporary college students, combining with the theory of emotional adjustment and management, is to propose some practical methods aiming at emotional control of college students in psychological education of higher learning. |
