| Abstract: | The emergence of network media puts forward higher requirements upon the editors for(sci-tech) periodicals in respect of knowledge accumulation,working competence and learning abilities.(Accordingly,) the editors should update their knowledge structure,grasp necessary skills in using(advanced) technology,and spare no efforts to enhance their own comprehensive qualities in order to meet the demands which Knowledge Economy Age has brought forth towards them. |
