| 摘 要： | 温州民办高校实行董事会领导下的校长负责制,通过形成权利制约机制,克服了校长权利过分扩张的问题,提高了管理的民主性和学校管理效率.这对于公办高校具有借鉴意义.如何引入企业管理理念与现代企业制度,按照现代企业制度的要求处理高校内部诸多关系,成为变革高校管理体制、再造有效权力制衡机制的全新命题.

| Abstract: | The headmaster-charged system based on the administration of directorate in Wenzhou nongovernmental higher school can avoid the rights overextended problems of headmaster to promote the democracy and efficiency of management by forming the system of rights restricted. It can afford lots of experience, including how to introduce the idea and modern system of enterprise, how to deal with the relations well in higher school and how to rebuild the efficient mechanism of higher school. |
