| 摘 要： | 教育考试的首要职能是选拔人才,在建设人力资源强国、促进教育公平、提高教育质量方面功不可没。省级考试机构的组织结构设计要以考试改革的方向为指针,大力倡导"流程大于部门"的管理思维,加强部门间横向协调配合,不断提升考试评价和服务水平。

| Abstract: | The primary function of examinations is the selection of gifted people,which contributes to the national construction of ample human resource,advancement of educational quality,and promotion of educational equality. The organizational structure of examination institutions should represent test reformatory orientation,and enhance cross coordination and cooperation among departments by means of the conception of"Processes overweigh departments",in order to boost evaluation and service levels of examinations. |
