| Abstract: | Editing design, Preparation and operation consist of the editorial subjective initiative.whose main importance lies in promoting cultural establishment,developing its own mediun,and self improving editorial efficienty.The extent oriented purpose bringing the editorial subjective initiative into full play is to follow the three axxepted editorial rules:shifting from individual consciousness into collective one,menifesting the periodic(publication)running purpose,keeping accordance with objective criterion. |
