加强高校廉政文化建设的新思考

近年来,高校腐败的大案要案逐年增加。高校经济犯罪案件大多集中在基建、招生、采购、财务、招生等环节。犯罪主体以校领导、主管财务人员、后勤基建及采购领域的管理人员居多,并呈现出窝案、串案的共同特点。为此,加强高校廉政文化建设就显得尤为重要。文章从多个方面对中国高等学校的廉政文化建设展开了思考。

New Thoughts about Strengthening the Construction on Culture of Honesty in Colleges and Universities

In recent years,the major cases of corruption in Colleges and universities have increased year by year.The cases of economic crime in colleges and universities mostly center on the links of the capital construction,enrollment,procurement,financial and etc..The subject of crime in management persons of school leadership,finance director,logistics infrastructure and procurement are in the majority,and it presents the common characteristics on cases of harbor and collusion.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction on culture of honesty.This paper starts thinking from the aspects of construction on culture of honesty in Chinese colleges and universities.
