| 摘 要： | 该文通过问卷调查,分析了舟山沿海船舶委托经营管理现状,指出了经营管理中存在的问题。虽然船舶所有者把船舶委托给其它企业经营管理,但是仍然控制了经营权,不符合所有权与经营权分离的原则,导致委托管理企业无法真正地经营和管理船舶。
