网络教育时代的教师角色重构

摘    要:网络教育时代,教师面临前所未有的挑战,角色重构问题刻不容缓。重构之途,一方面是充实传统角色的内涵,即将在非网络情境下被弱化及至隐溺的角色及其职能展现出来;另一方面是拓展角色的新内涵,即为适应网络教育环境的需要增添新成分。

Abstract:Teachers are confronted with unexpected challenge in the network education era, and thus it is critical for them to reconstruct their role. On one hand, teachers should strengthen their traditional role, that is, playing their role that was concealed in the non-network era more actively. On the other hand, teachers should expand their role, which means that new things must be added to meet the demands of network education.
