对加强福建省中小学教师队伍建设的思考

教育大计，教师为本。教师是教育的第一资源。本研究深入阐述了新时期加强中小学教师队伍建设的重要性、必要性，并通过总结福建省加强中小学教师队伍建设的实践经验，提出了新时期加强中小学教师队伍建设必须加强顶层设计、政策引领和改革创新，进一步完善管理体制、强化人文关怀等，比较系统地探索了新时期加强中小学教师队伍建设的路径。

Thoughts on Strengthening the Construction of Teachers in Fujian Province

The teacher is the base of education; the teacher is the first resource of education. This paper gives a full explanation of the significance and necessity for strengthening the building of the teaching forces during the new period. And by means of summarizing the practical experience in strengthening the building of the team of teachers, this paper proposes that it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design, policy leading and innovation, to further improve the management system and to enhance the humanistic care, and to explore the ways to strengthen the team of teachers in the new period in a comparatively systematic way.
