摘    要:英国21世纪青少年教育战略强调全员受教与个性化发展相结合,提高综合素质与关键能力,发展职业教育.在"卓越"与"共生"意识的指导下,该战略包含许多切实有效的措施,但同时也存在着一些问题.本文通过分析该战略,以期对我国基础教育政策的制订有所启示.
