| 摘 要： | 本文对我国高校大多数图书馆现行的管理模式进行了剖析,提出了纵横结合的矩阵式业务管理模式是高校图书馆管理发展的方向,分析了这种新型管理模式的优越之处,并对如何控制其工作质量,提高工作效率和保持工作的连续性提出了自己的见解。
