贫困山区妇女参与森林资源管理的调查——以昭阳区青岗岭回族彝族乡乐德古村为例

随着山区男劳动力外出务工,山区妇女逐渐成为参与森林资源管理的主要力量。由于传统观念的束缚、文化素质偏低和妇女生理特点限制,山区妇女在参与森林资源管理中存在诸多困难。为了提高妇女参与森林资源管理决策的机会,需要正确认识妇女与山区资源可持续利用的关系,提高山区发展项目中女性的比例及妇女在家庭外的决策权,增加妇女接受教育的机会,提高妇女自我发展的能力和组织化程度,还需要政府给予支持和鼓励。

The Investigation of the Forest Reserves Management Participatedby Women in the Poverty-Stricken Mountainous Area——Take Ledegu Village of Qinggangling Hui and Yi Township in Zhaoyang District as an example

As the male labour forces go out to be workers,women in the mountainous area gradually become the essential force to participate in the management of forest reserves.Owing to the shackles of traditional ideas,the relatively lower cultural quality,and the limitation of women's physiological characteristics,there are a lot of difficulties for women of the mountainous area to participate in the management of forest reserves.In order to increase women's opportunities to participate in the decision of forest reserves management,it is necessary to correctly recognize the relations between women and the sustainable utilization of the mountainous area resources,heighten the women's proportaion and women's decisive right out of the family in the mountainous area development projects,increase women's opportunities to be educated,improve women's ability in self-development and organizational level,and it requires that the government should give them support and encouragement.
