| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区正式启动后，自贸区内人员和货物跨境往来日益频繁，边境地区成为交流合作的前沿。利益关系是影响合作的主要因素，结合中越边境旅游合作现状，分析中越边境旅游合作中的利益冲突及原因，运用利益相关理论确定利益相关方。理顺利益相关方关系。从利益相关者的参与合作、利益分配与补偿、沟通协调、保障等方面较系统提出了建立旅游跨国合作机制的构想。

| Abstract: | Interest is the main factors influencing cooperation. This paper researches the current situation of the China-Vietnamese border tourism cooperation to analyse its cooperation and conflicts of interests by stakeholder theory, and to identify stakeholders and to straighten out the relationship. This paper also proposes the establishment of the concept of cross-border tourism cooperation mecha- nism from the participation and cooperation of stakeholders, distribution and compensation of benefits, communication and coordi- nation, security and other aspects. |
