| 摘 要： | 自1992年12月22日越南与韩国正式建立外交关系以来，两国政府高度重视双边关系发展，2009年两国政府宣布建立“战略合作伙伴关系”。随着两国政治关系的改善与提升，双边经贸合作得到了迅速发展，二十年来，双边经贸合作取得了令人瞩目的显著成效，贸易和投资迅猛增长，合作领域目益拓宽，合作层次不断提升，2007年1月1l目，越南成功“入世”，标志着越南的“革新开放”由此迈入了全新发展阶段，在WTO框架体系下，越南与韩国双边经贸合作具有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | The bilateral economic and trade cooperation has acquired prominent accomplishments since the Viemam-Korea political relation has been improved and advanced. In 2009, the two countries＇ governments bad announced establishment and development of the StrateDc Partnership. In January 11 2007, Vietnam has interred into the WTO. It means that the Doi Moi will have interred into a new stage. The bilateral economic and trade of Viemam-Korea will have a bright and broad prospects under the WTO system. |
