摘    要:基础教育课程改革的实质是创新,教师的创新能力决定新课改的成败。“尝试练习”技能训练模式通过先练后学,培养学生的创新意识、发散思维、反思能力和成就感与自信心,促进职前教师教育创新能力的形成和发展。

Abstract:The essence of the curriculum reform of basic education is teacher's innovation, which determines the success or failure of the new curriculum. The training mode of the skills of trying to practice is, through pracdce after school, to develop students' awareness of innovation, divergent thinking, reflective thinking and a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence, and to promote the formation and development of the pre-service teacher education innovation capability.
