我国区域知识结构效率评价

区域知识结构是区域知识元及其之间各种关系的总和,这种关系既受知识元主体自身发展规律作用,同时也是外在环境作用的结果,也就是所谓的知识结构的自组织和他组织作用机制.这种作用机理决定了知识结构的人工可调性（可构性），同时,从社会经济发展的角度和知识科学自身规律来看,对于知识结构问题在不同时空条件下,其具体要求和知识结构的表现形式是不一样的,也就是说知识结构存在着优劣之分。因此,测算知识结构效率优劣成为对区域知识结构调整的基本工作之一,为此,采用DEA方法实证分析了我国八大区域的知识结构效率问题。

Regional knowledge structure efficiency in China

Regional knowledge structure is the summation of regional knowledge units and its relations. The relations are not only affected by the unit development rules but also by the external environment, that is, the so-called knowledge structure organization and its mechanism. This kind of mechanism determined the structure capability of the knowledge structure. Meanwhile, from the perspective of economic development of society and the disciplinarian of knowledge science, the quality of knowledge structure is different under various conditions. Therefore, the calculation of knowledge structure efficiency became the basic work of regional knowledge structure adjustments. The paper adopts DEA method to analyze the knowledge structure efficiency in eight influential regions of China.
