| 摘 要： | 人类社会进入知识经济时代,外界环境变化的节奏越来越快,使得组织学习显得越来越重要并日益受到更多的关注.媒体在组织学习过程中是一个不可缺少的部分,本文从覆盖域和富裕性两个方面论述媒体的特性,阐述根据不同的组织学习环节选择不司媒体的基本原则.

Media is a necessary part in the process of organization learing. The author presents the features of media in the aspects of covering area and richness, as well as the basic principles of choosing different media according to different organizational learning knots. |
