超大规模学校的现实困境与理性选择

在我国大力发展高中阶段教育的过程中,以示范高中和优质高中为基础发展起来的超大规模学校在扩大高中教育规模并使更多的学生享受到优质高中教育资源方面发挥了积极作用,但也引发了一系列内部管理问题及社会问题.本文通过对比国内外高中学校的规模,认为通过组织变革和管理创新可以解决这些学校存在的内部管理问题,而对普通高中适度规模的研究和重新规划,有助于超大规模学校乃至整个高中阶段教育的健康发展.

The Realistic Predicament and Rational Choice of Mega-schools

In the process of high schools' rapid development in China,mega-schools which are set up on the basis of model high schools and high quality schools play an important role in enlarging secondary education scale and providing more high quality education resources to more students.But at the same time,there exits some social and interior management problems.This paper analyzes the prominent problems in these schools,discusses the solutions about them.The main opinion is that mega-schools induce not only organization reformation themselves but also studying on moderate scale of high school,and this is connects with the dpvelopment of the mega-schools and second period education in the future.
