| 摘 要： | 中国的中小企业要发展，但目前存在着许许多多的困难，通过企业的改制，通过企业内部的改革，可使一些企业走出低谷，但也并非一帆风顺。日本一些著名的公司在创办时出曾经历了很多艰难险阻，最后得到了发展。它们成功的经验，我国的一些中、小企业是可以借鉴的。
