| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国出口合同中以FOB贸易术语成交的比例越来越大。与此同时,我国的部分外贸出口却由于各种原因在使用FOB贸易术语的过程中遇到了一系列难题。如何深入了解FOB贸易术语的含义,明晰出口合同以FOB贸易术语成交的利弊,并切实掌握针对FOB术语带来风险的防范措施,就成为实务中亟待解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years,it becomes more and more popular for Chinese exporters to make contracts based on FOB price term.However,some of the Chinese exporters can not understand FOB price term very well and meet a lot of problems.This article gives a detailed explanation of FOB price term and also analyzes the advantages and disadvan- tages of exporting based on FOB price term.Meanwhile,this article proposes measures to avoid the risks caused by choosing FOB price term in export. |
