基础课分层教学的实践与思考

摘    要:随着职业学校生源质量的普遍下降,生源的素质差异越来越大,基础课教学的改革势在必行。江西环境工程职业学院从基础课分层教学改革的实践中提出:基础课分层教学应因材施教;基础课教学目标的定位应与贯彻终身教育理念相一致;基础课教师应有强烈的角色意识。

Abstract:With the declining of students' quality and the expanded quality gap among students, the reform of the teaching of basic courses must be enforced. Separate basic courses teaching suitable for different levels of students has been put into practice in our college. From the practice we have concluded: the students should be taught according to their aptitude; the teaching goal of basic courses should be in accordance with the concept of life - long education; and the teachers of basic courses should have a strong sense of responsibility.
