| 摘 要： | "钱学森之问"是向中国高等教育界发出的振聋发聩的一问。"钱学森之问"与高等教育改革在人才培养问题上实现了共鸣。而大学要培养出一流人才,必须进行人才培养模式的优化与创新。把科学教育与人文教育、才能培养与品德培养、务实精神与理想情怀相结合、相融通,这种整合思维不但不失为一种人才培养模式的创新之道,而且是培养精英人才的希望所在。

| Abstract: | The "Asking of Qian Xuesen" is an enlightening one to Chinese higher education.It has made a resonance with the higher education reform on the issue of talent training.In order to train the first-class talents,our universities have to renew and optimize our talent training mode.An integrated approach should be one of innovation which combines science and humanities,techniques and morality as well as realism and idealism. |
