The construction of the harmonious political culture is essential in building a harmonious socialist society.During the course of modernization,the political culture has showed itself in the respect of transformation,creativeness,as well as the incoordination between the elite and the grassroots and the development nature.Consequently,in order to realize the unity of developing the political culture and building a harmonious socialist society,we should ensure the coexistence of the main political value and sub-cultures,the creativeness of traditional political culture,while eliminating subjects and populist ideas and maintaining the tension between the rational pursuit and cultural ideals.
