摘    要:基于DPSIR模型,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应5个方面构建林业资源型城市可持续发展的指标体系,并以伊春市为例,对可持续发展能力进行评价。评价结果显示,近年来伊春市的可持续发展能力取得了长足进步,到2012年已经达到良性可持续发展状态。现阶段伊春市发展主要问题在于城市经济和社会发展的驱动能力不足,因此调整产业结构、促进劳动力向新型产业转移、发展生态旅游产业以及引进高层次人才等将是保证伊春市健康可持续发展的关键。

Abstract:Based on the model of DPSIR (Driving force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response) ,we establish an index system to evaluate sustainable development capability of Forestry Resource Cities. In particularly, Yichun, a typical Forestry Resource City is taken as an example. Through the analysis, the result obviously shows that the sustainable development capability of Yichun had a great improvement in recent years, especially in 2012. Nevertheless, there exists an unavoidable problem that the development of Yichun is less driving force on the aspects of economic and social system. The industrial structure thus needs to be adjusted by promoting the transfer of the labor force into rising industry, improving the eco-tourism industry and attracting the talented person, which are the most essential tasks should be considered.
