| Abstract: | Reading is the symbol of human civilization and the basic lifestyle of human beings.The individuals have their right to acquire what information they want by reading.But forbidden books are always accompanying the reading history of human beings.The process to gain the right of reading and cultural production presents the degree of development of the human civilization. |
