| 摘 要： | 在分析总结实地抽样调查材料的基础上，对四川欠发达地区农地适度规模经营的现状特征及存在的主要问题进行了比较深入的探讨，并从确立科学发展思路、健全农地流转机制、培育规模经营主体、完善社会化服务体系、塑造外部环境等方面提出了措施。

| Abstract: | Based on a analysis of the on-the-spot investigational data, this paper thoroughly discusses the main current characteristics and present problems of moderate farmland scale-management in less- developed areas of Si chuan, and the author puts forward his countermeasures as follows., establishing scientific development way; perfecting mechanism of farmland transfer; fostering protagonists of scale-management; improving social service systems forming good external environment for moderate farmland scale-management , and so on. |
