| Abstract: | From the point of view of the professional improvement and development of new librarians, this article discusses new librarians' environment adaptation, role change, knowledge application, ability development, and training and guiding plans from society and libraries. The training and guiding plans could be realized by the tutor system, trainings, advanced studies, and personal improvement. |
