摘    要:叶维廉先生在他的《道家美学与西方文化》一书中提出:道家美学原是针对商周以来的名制而发,道家认为特权的分封,尊卑关系的订定,不同礼教的设立,完全是为了某种政治利益而发明,是一种语言的建构。为此,道家提供了另一种语言的操作,来解除语言暴虐的框限,让被压抑、逐离、隔绝的自然体(天赋的本能本样)的其他记忆复苏,引向全面人性、整体生命的收复。然而,名是从实而来的,语言的建构并不是等级产生的根源,所以道家颠覆语言的策略是射偏了靶子。

Abstract:In the book Taoist Esthetics and Western Culture,Ye Weilian points out that the original target of the Toaist esthetics is the denomination system in the Zhou Dynasty,The Taoist school argued that the allocation of privilege,stipulation of rank relations,instauration of different kirks were all invented for some political profits,which were nothing more than a construction of language.Therefore,the Taoist school afforded us another manipulation of language to release ourselves from the inhuman restriction which came from language.But in fact,denomination derives from reality,and the construction of language is not the root of the rank system.So the strategy of language has certain limitations.
