| 摘 要： | 职业技术教育兼具“教授专业知识”和“培养职业素养”双重责任。广义的职业技术教育具有多方面功能,职业院校和教师肩负着实现这些功能的光荣职责和神圣使命。本文在分析职业技术教育功能的基础上,论述了这些功能的实现途径,其核心是师资力量、实训条件、产学研结合等三方面。

| Abstract: | Vocational technology education have double duties of"Teaching professional knowledge"and"Training occupational manner".The general education of vocational technology has various function,the vocational college and teachers undertake glorious responsibility to accomplish these function.After analyzing the function of vocational education,this paper discussed the accomplish approaches of educational function of vocational technology.The core is "Faculty,Training condition,Combination of producing,teaching and researching". |
