基于人性论的心理健康标准的建构

人性是由生物性、社会性与精神性共同组成的统一体。基于当前心理健康教育的需要,对心理健康标准问题的探讨一直持续不断。从人性的视角来看,心理健康标准以生物性为基础,可以分为三个层次:第一层次是心理平衡,第二层次是积极的社会适应(包括主动适应与被动适应),第三层次是人的自我实现。

Construction of Psychological Health Standard Based on the Theory of Humanity

Humanity is a unified system made up of biology,sociality and spirituality.In response to the current need for mental health education,there has long been a discussion over the mental health standard.From the point of view of humanity,mental health standard is fundamentally biological,which can be divided into three levels:the first level is the psychological balance,and the second level is the positive social adaptation(including active and passive adaptation),and the third level is the person’s self-realization.
