我国民营文化企业发展中的问题及政策建议

民营文化企业是我国文化产业发展的重要主体。本文以抽样调查的数据为基础分析了当前我国民营文化企业现状,认为我国民营文化企业发展存在认识不足,缺少政策引导以及融资困难,企业税费负担较重等问题。通过对问题进行深入分析,提出了解决我国民营文化企业发展中存在问题的途径,即加快产业结构调整,推动产业集聚,提高规模化、集约化和专业化水平,同时,完善文化产业政策法规体系,给企业发展创造良好的外部环境。

Problems and Suggestions for Private Cultural Enterprise

Private cultural enterprise is an important subject in the cultural industry development in China.The report analyzes the present situation of the private cultural enterprise,using the date collected by sampling survey in typical regions,and points out the problems,such as cognitive deficiency,lack of policy guidance,difficulties in financing and heavy tax burden on enterprises in the private cultural enterprise in our country.By analyzing those problems deeply,the report puts forward some measures to solve them,for example,we should increase the pace of the adjustment of industrial structure,promote the industrial aggregation,raise the standards of centralization,socialization and specialization,Meanwhile,we should perfect the cultural industry policies and regulations,founding a favorable surroundings for the development of culture enterprises.
