随着我国社会和经济的不断发展，我国图书馆事业必将走法治化道路。图书馆法治，能有效解决其事业发展中遇到的经费、宏观调控及其功能充分实现等问题，从而促进图书馆事业健康、稳定和快速地发展，但图书馆法治不是一蹴而就的，而是需要一个逐步完善的过程。
