| Abstract: | The legalization of the economic function of Chinese government is the key point of the unification of the present Chinese legalization and the weak point as well.The process of legalization can not be speeded up nor show progress.It can be carried out on the basis of the principle of combination,advancement gradually,clarity and unit.In this way the content of legalization can be added and the purpose can be achieved. |
