| 摘 要： | 档案事业作为人类的记忆工程,拥有掌握着丰富的信息资源,既是传统的知识产业,也是知识经济的一个重要支柱.在当今时代,既要重视实体管理与硬性管理,更要加强人力资本和软性管理.同时,全方位、网络化管理也是逐步取代区域性管理,这是知识经济发展的需要,是时代发展的需要.
