略论日本饮食文化对中国文化的传承

作为一衣带水的邻国,中日两国在各自文化漫长的发展过程中,相互借鉴,相互影响,有很多相似的特点。特别是中国拥有五千年的文化,饮食文化更是博大精深。在日本,从遣唐使时期开始,一直到江户时代,中国的饮食文化对日本的饮食文化的影响都是非常大的。
